Resources

Adnodd will strategically coordinate and enable the creation of new resources.

Rather than creating resources ourselves, we will work with practitioners, providers, and suppliers to commission new resources, making the most of the expertise, capacity and creativity across Wales.

New resources will be commissioned according to the priorities and needs of practitioners, learners and their families and communities. The resources we commission will be high quality, bilingual, relevant to the Curriculum for Wales, adaptable, and accessible. They can take various forms—from apps to books, short films to outdoor learning activities—and meet the needs of all learners.

We will regularly publish details of our commissioning priorities to give content creators time to plan and develop effective proposals.

All digital resources commissioned by Adnodd will be made available through Hwb, the Welsh Government’s digital learning platform.

Adnodd is collaborating with the Hwb team to improve user experiences and streamline user journeys when accessing resources on Hwb.

Work is currently underway on the Hwb website, with developments and improvements focused on enhancing user experience, making it easier and more intuitive for users to access valuable resources.
