Home Meet the team Dr Ali Hanbury

Ali Hanbury joined Adnodd in September 2024 as the Quality and Commissioning Manager, and in September 2025 was appointed as Head of Strategic Engagement and Communication. In this role, she leads inclusive, bilingual strategies that connect people, ideas and purpose, strengthening engagement across Wales’ education sector.

Ali brings over 20 years of experience in youth, community, education and equality work. Passionate about social justice and committed to anti-discriminatory approaches, Ali is excited to be back in Wales contributing to a creative and forward-thinking education sector.
