Rachel Lloyd

Rachel Lloyd joined Adnodd in September 2025 as Commissioning and Quality Manager. She has worked across the public, private and third sectors and led high-profile, national education programmes for Barclays and BookTrust in Wales. For the last seven years, Rachel has been working in the children’s publishing industry, where she established a strong track-record in nurturing talent and commissioning award-winning books. She has substantial experience in resource / product design and in-depth knowledge of commercial viability, value and impact.

Rachel is passionate about creativity, collaboration and innovation, delivering quality with integrity, holding the engagement and enjoyment of learners as the central driver to her work.
