Lleucu Siencyn

Lleucu Siencyn joined Adnodd in 2024 as Director of Strategy and Delivery. Lleucu brings her expertise from creating strategies and national campaigns in the creative sector, and her previous roles include Chief Executive of Literature Wales and Director of Arts Development at the Arts Council of Wales. In 2023, she was named one of the Future Generations 100 Changemakers. She completed an ILM Level 7 Award in Leadership and Management in 2025 and has a Membership of the City and Guilds of London Institute (MCGI). She is passionate about giving children and young people the opportunity to be creative, curious and playful.
