We’re pleased to announce three projects that secured funding in our autumn round, focusing on Health and Wellbeing, Numeracy, and Religion, Values and Ethics (RVE). These will be available on Hwb by the end of March 2026.
A child sits floating in the air with eyes closed, surrounded by soft cloud shapes and colourful shooting stars | Mae plentyn yn eistedd yn hofran yn yr awyr gyda’i lygaid ar gau, wedi’i amgylchynu gan siapiau cwmwl meddal a sêr gwib lliwgar.

Maths Bridge Cymru – A targeted intervention programme from First4Maths, to close gaps in Number and Algebra for learners at Progression Steps 2 and 3. It combines diagnostic assessments, confidence measures, and structured teacher guidance to build understanding and fluency.

360-Degree Interactive Tours – An immersive digital resource from Immersive Discoveries, offering virtual tours of four major religious sites in Cardiff. Featuring bilingual interactive hotspots and curriculum-linked prompts, it promotes interfaith understanding while supporting literacy and digital competence.

Sut Wyt Ti? – A series of short, bilingual videos from Rondo Media, addressing key mental health and wellbeing topics for young people. Using a fresh, social-media-inspired style, the resource normalises conversations about feelings and equips learners with practical coping strategies.
