Adnodd’s new procurement framework
Adnodd is establishing a new framework agreement for the procurement of Welsh and bilingual educational resources and educational support services.
Opening in February 2026 this is your chance to get involved in Adnodd’s future commissioning opportunities.
Once established, the framework will be Adnodd’s primary commissioning method for:
- educational resources (print and digital)
- creative content (eg. authoring, illustration, graphic design)
- research, evaluation and data projects
- educational consultancy
We are looking for a wide range of suppliers and creative content developers who can help fulfil our mission of providing adaptable and user-friendly resources in both Welsh and English that will support and inspire the teaching and learning of the Curriculum for Wales.
The framework will run initially for four years, with an option to extend for a further four years. We will re-open the framework at regular intervals to allow new and emerging suppliers the opportunity to be part of our commissioning rounds.
Proposed timeline:
2026
- 27th (16:00-17:30) and 29th (11:00-12:30) of January: Online information sessions hosted by Adnodd’s Commissioning and Quality team. The same session will be offered twice. Suppliers should only attend one session.
- Early February: Tender is issued via Proactis portal
- Mid-March: Tender response deadline
- End of April: Contracts awarded
- May: Framework in use
